Your watch, your information.
This policy covers the watch faces and their Android phone installation companions published by Magic apps & games.

Applications covered
Observatoire, Atelier, Signal, Tempo, Méridien, Émail and Botanique Nocturne, including their phone companions. This policy also covers Monolithe (com.observatoire.monolithe), Papier (com.observatoire.papier) and Nixie Lab (com.observatoire.nixielab), which are standalone watch faces without a phone companion.
Monolithe and Papier: local watch display
These two watch faces use Watch Face Format: Wear OS renders their resources without application code or an embedded SDK. They display the system time, date and watch battery level. Monolithe also has a customizable text complication that displays information supplied by the provider you select, such as your next calendar event. That provider manages its own permissions and privacy practices. Papier does not display calendar or health information.
Monolithe and Papier make no network requests, contain no advertising or analytics SDK, and do not collect or share user data. They require no publisher account. Display values and appearance settings are processed locally by Wear OS; Magic apps & games does not receive them or keep their history. The phone companion and Wear SDK diagnostics described below do not apply to these two watch faces. Google Play handles purchases and downloads under its own privacy policy.
Clair, Altitude, Intervalle, Rivage, Nacre and Floraison
These standalone watch faces (com.observatoire.clair, .altitude, .intervalle, .rivage, .nacre and .floraison) have no phone companion, application code, analytics, advertising SDK, network permission or publisher account. Wear OS renders their appearance and processes their settings locally. Depending on the design, they show time, date, watch battery, steps, a daily step goal chosen in the editor, weather, the next solar event or calendar information from the system or a configured complication provider. Magic apps & games does not receive, upload, store or share these displayed values. Calendar, weather and activity providers manage their own permissions and privacy practices. These watch faces do not diagnose or treat health conditions. The phone companion diagnostics described below do not apply to them.
Élan, Cadence and Prisme Hub
These standalone digital watch faces (com.observatoire.elan, com.observatoire.cadence and com.observatoire.prismehub) use Watch Face Format without application code, a phone companion, network permission, advertising or analytics SDK, or a publisher account. Wear OS processes time, date, battery, appearance and shortcut settings locally. Configurable complications display data supplied by the providers selected on the watch, such as step count, calendar text, battery or progress. A tap may open the provider’s own action or the watch’s alarms, settings, media controls or battery screen. Those applications manage their own permissions and data handling. Magic apps & games does not receive, upload, store or share these displayed values or a history of shortcut use. These watch faces do not diagnose or treat health conditions. Google Play handles purchases and downloads; the phone companion diagnostics below do not apply to these three watch faces.
Nixie Lab
Nixie Lab (com.observatoire.nixielab) is a standalone Wear OS watch face built with Watch Face Format. It contains no application code, phone companion, network permission, advertising or analytics SDK, or publisher account. Wear OS processes its displayed time, date, battery level and appearance settings locally. Magic apps & games does not receive, upload, store or share these values. Google Play handles purchases and downloads under its own privacy policy.
Pulse Grid, Atlas Twin and Stride
These standalone watch faces (com.observatoire.pulsegrid, com.observatoire.atlastwin and com.observatoire.stride) have no phone companion, application code, analytics or advertising SDK, network permission or publisher account. Wear OS processes their appearance and settings locally. Pulse Grid displays system time, date and battery, with weather and steps when supplied by Wear OS or an installed provider. Stride displays time, date, steps, the heart rate value supplied by the selected health provider and weather when available; it does not independently measure heart rate. A progress indicator uses a goal supplied by the activity provider, and is omitted when a valid goal is unavailable. Atlas Twin displays system local time and the time and date for a city chosen in the editor. Its day/night marker is shown only when the watch weather source supplies that state; otherwise the sun and moon are decorative. Magic apps & games does not receive, upload, store or share these displayed values. Health and weather providers manage their own permissions and privacy practices. These watch faces do not diagnose or treat health conditions. The phone companion diagnostics below do not apply to them.
Information displayed on the watch
The watch face reads the time, date and battery information needed for its display. Depending on the design, it also displays step count, step goal, heart rate or weather information supplied by Wear OS or an installed provider such as Samsung Health, Samsung Weather or Google Weather.
These values are used to render the watch face. Magic apps & games does not receive, upload or maintain a history of these values. The watch face does not independently measure heart rate or request your location; weather providers manage their own location data and permissions.
Phone installation companion
The companion uses Google's Wear services to identify connected watches and open the relevant Google Play listing on a chosen watch. Available watch names and connection identifiers are processed locally for this purpose. They are not sent to Magic apps & games or used to identify you across services. Opening the listing passes the store-opening request through Google's Wear services.
There is no publisher account to create, no publisher backend or advertising SDK. Magic apps & games does not operate an analytics service in the companion. It does not upload watch health, weather or activity values. Purchases and downloads are handled by Google Play; the publisher does not receive your payment card details through these applications.
The Google Wear SDK used for opening the store on your watch includes technical diagnostics for service calls, such as their result and duration. Processing of these diagnostics depends on Google Play services and its configuration. Magic apps & games does not receive these diagnostics. They are separate from the watch health, weather and activity values displayed by the watch face.
Other service providers
Google Play, Google's Wear services and the watch's weather or health providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their collection or processing is separate from the publisher's handling described here. You can manage their permissions and account settings in the relevant applications or device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and the policies supplied by your watch's service providers.
